Terms of Service between "WE" and "CUSTOMER" as though referring to page TYSOCKS.COM. When accessing TYSOCKS.COM you must follow our rules in place, we are glad you agree to the terms of service which we mentioned at the bottom.

About Service

My service providers are collected from Internet SOCKS5 including network scanners, software test ( only public socks5). It is divided into three service packages: DAILY
DAILY PLAN: You can check the price list on our website, we will provide you with a daily output SOCKS5. But it will have an expiry date (15 days ,30 days,1 year ).
We are collecting Socks5 services 24/7, all random updates. SOCKS5 prescribed format including IP: PORT (1.3.4.5:6789).


User must not:

  • Give or sell purchased proxy to third parties, services or legal organizations for any purpose.
  • Use any software that tries to steal the proxies from the service. You must not use Proxyfire. This software places your proxy on its forum to promote themselves on Google, without your knowledge. Not to be confused with Proxifier!
  • Collect information by scanners such as nmap, acunetix, etc. Scanning back-connect servers to open ports, ddos attacks, brute user passwords, search for sql xss vulnerabilities, etc. All attacks are logged and we will do an asymmetric response.

OTHER CONDITIONS

- Customers who register for an account please complete and accurate information and self-preservation of its information. We do not take any account losses due to stolen or changed passwords that customers can not afford to get it back. But when customers provide what we ask (evidence transactions, last login, the most recent e-mail) we will look at each case. We reserve the right not to support the customer when the customer does not provide adequate for what we required.
- Once your account is limited acount report, please wait until 00:00 AM (UTC+3). Our system will automatically update your account.
- You can check your SOCKS5 https://www.maxmind.com/en/home page and check in day.The blacklist IP data will have a lot of websites for different display results, but we are happy when you check in https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ page (zen).


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

    You must understand and totally agree these things:

  • We provide socks5 service ( public socks5 from internet) but does not belong to us. We therefore can not guarantee the following:
    • Geolocation is different between our service and anonymity checkers websites, that use the free geo-database (whoer, ip-score, etc.). To verify geolocation, use maxmind.com. We are not responsible for the relevance of geo databases at anonymity checker sites.
    • The proxy doesn’t work with your website (craigslist, shops, etc.), including their high riskscore.
    • The proxy is marked as a proxy by a anonymity checker site (whoer, ip-score, etc.) The answers on why this sometimes happens is present in the section “Problems with proxy”.
    • Proxy is considered to be blacklisted only at Spamhaus databases (zen.spamhaus.org). If the proxy shows as blacklisted at any other databases (barracuda and mp), we do not refund. We have a checker for the most popular blacklists, please use it before buying a proxy (More Blacklists tab). Spamhaus PBL is reason for a small discount
    • Number of socks5 in some time.
    • DNS can't change or error
  • All information on SOCKS5 server is actually at the time of inspection by the service, and can vary in the time to get the customer's SOCKS5 server.
  • The service does not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error, the results can be obtained from the use of the service services will be accurate and reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, regardless any errors in the software will be repaired.
  • Any material obtained through the use of the service is done by decision and risk your own and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data whether due to the use of any such material.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    You understand and agree that the Service or any other parties involved in the creation, production or delivery of services is not responsible for any damage, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or mirrors, including without limitation, loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the service has been notified of the possibility of such damages ), arising from:

  • The use of or inability to use the service.
  • The cost of procurement of goods and services from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or replace messages received or transactions through or from the service.
  • Access to or modification of your transmission or data.
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.
  • Or any other matter relating to the Service.

    You understand and agree that the Service or any other parties involved in the creation, production or delivery of services is not responsible for any damage, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or mirrors, including without limitation, loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the service has been notified of the possibility of such damages ), arising from:
